Long, long ago, before the firmament of the world was forged, there was an idea, a poem and a masterpiece that was 'you'. Not long after you came into this world, something with a dark design bumped you off-course. Since then, you've been carrying burdens that were never yours to carry and surviving the best way you know how. I applaud you for that courage, but you know there's something better, and you're looking to find it.
By all appearances, you're getting it done and checking the boxes. Inside, you know there's something that got stalled, is prowling around restlessly, or maybe you're feeling like an empty house that was left in a hurry. Maybe it feels like your soul has grown quiet, and you've lost sight of the person you were called to be.
I'm a counselor and coach for men and women who sense something essential is missing— those who’ve experienced setbacks, confusion, spiritual dryness, or manipulation—to reclaim clarity and confidently retake leadership of their inner world.
I don't broker in vague self-help jargon.

My Approach
Storywork
Understanding the myths, stories, legends, and all of the rich imagery and symbolism within them can be the key in the lock of our own journey. As a storywork coach and narrative therapist, helping people understand that they are a central figure in a complex dance and moving story epic provides the help, healing, immersion, and courage that is needed to grow where growth is demanded, to die where death is needed, and to live life to the full.
Faith Integration
God is not afraid of your inner world; and your consultant shouldn't be afraid bringing God in on the process. Scripture, spiritual formation, and wisdom rooted in your unique story are always central to my approach. Not everyone needs to unpack deep wounds, but clarity comes when we courageously explore your story together. Let's uncover what's holding you back and reclaim your spiritual clarity.
